  The store is slightly difficult to navigate on your first visit but once you have found what you are look for the visits that follow will be a breeze. The store looks slightly messy but is understandable with the products they have inside.

  Most times staff are there to help you find what you are looking for, if the store is busy though it can be hard to find someone to help as there are not many staff working in the store.

  I am a regular customer of theirs and go every two-week to stock up on healthy dried treats for my pet. Last week I purchased dried sardines, which had live bugs in them. I told them about it today when I was making my purchases, I thought they would have compassion and show that they cared about me and maybe even offered a discount on my purchase, as I am regular customer of theirs. They did not which was disappointing. It was like they knew they had this problem and didn’t care. My advice to other customers is to check before leaving their shop, because you do not want their bugs invading your home food supplies.
