    Dr Hannah is a very compassionate and caring vet. She is happy to answer any questions and is honest and delivers the worst news in the most gentle and kind manner. She made the hardest experience a bit easier. All the reception staff are lovely as well. Thank you.

    My dear little mini foxi cross (Tiny) was urgently seen to by Internal Medicine specialist Maddie Roberts. We could not have asked for a nicer person to have dealt with our very sick little boy. Sadly we had to euthanaze our boy, but Maddie made the experience for Tiny as stress free as possible. It was conducted in the most caring and compassionate way and we were given as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Thank you Maddie, you helped make a very difficult situation a lot easier.
